Mission Statement
ENAH’s Pet Food Pantry Mission Statement is to provide nutritional support to companion animals through their existing caregivers, regardless of living arrangements, distributed via a network that is rooted in a No Kill philosophy, with overarching goals including lowering the homeless pet population and lessening the burden on animal shelters and care organizations.
Core Values:
- Benevolence. We are caring without judgement.
- Efficiency. We make the best use of whatever resources we have (whether food, coordinating drivers, etc.)
- Objectivity. We make our judgments and decisions based on situations and not opinion.
- Cooperation. We know we can’t do it on our own; we need to utilize the resources of everyone willing to help.
- Respect for Life. We are helping to meet one of the 3 basic needs: food (the others are clothing and shelter).
